RESPONSE TO RECENT SUMMARY JUDGEMENT RULING IN TAMPA FLORIDA
ORIGINAL 2004 ENDORSEMENT AGREEMENT
This is paragraph 17 from the original 2004 agreement Darrell signed.
It is the only place in this agreement that addresses Darrell's Stealth and Razorback Guitars. It was perfectly clear to Darrell, if he enters into this agreement, and lends Dean Guitars his two guitar designs, they could never own his designs, and when the relationship terminates, they would absolutely have to stop building them!
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This is the 2004 Non-Disclosure agreement Darrell had Dean Guitars CEO Elliot Rubinson sign in order to see his Razorback Design. Darrell was very concerned with protecting his intellectual property!
The second highlighted paragraph clearly states the Razorback and Stealth are Darrell’s designs, and the purpose for revealing the never seen before Razorback was for the intent to lend to Dean Guitars as an Endorsed Dimebag Darrell model
The Trademark Office Correspondence
This is a 2007 correspondence between Dean Guitars Lawyer and the United States Trademark office (three years after Darrell's death) in order to secure a Trademark registration for Darrell’s Razorback design.
An apparent brazen misrepresentation to the US Government stating Dean Guitars designed the Razorback “after Darrell’s Death” using his razorblade necklace as some sort of inspiration.
